BEST BET: Children's fare added to TV 23

Cobb's TV 23 has added children's television to its government access channel lineup. "The Pam and Buffy Show," which provides character building lessons, will begin airing the morning of April 1. The county-owned station has been taping episodes. For more information, see www.pamandbuffy.com.
