Korean Age

When you're born...you're already 1 year old. Then, once January 1st comes around (the new year)...EVERYONE turns one year older. Korean age is not based on birthday, it's based on birth YEAR. Therefore, depending on what the current date is and what month your birthday is, you are always either 1 or 2 years older in Korea than you actually are.
